Deidre joined the Hoskins & Company team in 1996.  She is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all firm marketing activities.  Her responsibilities include driving strategic development, developing and retaining clientele, and coordinating proposals and presentations. Deidre previously provided accounting support services, which included set up and training on the QuickBooks accounting system to our small business clients.  In 2008 Deidre lived in Buenos Aires, Argentina where she directed and coordinated marketing activities remotely. 

Deidre is a board member and the programs and education committee chair for the Nashville Black Chamber of Commerce, and serves on the marketing and development committee for Christian Community Services, Inc. She recently completed the American Hospital Association's hospital trustee professionalism training to receive grounding in the fundamental issues, practices and processes of exemplary health care governance. Deidre is also a State of Tennessee Notary Public.

Deidre is the former President of the African American Book Connection for Children.  She founded her first business, Dee Dee Sitters Babysitting Service, when she was an undergrad at Vanderbilt University.
