Administrative and Management Support provides administrative services supporting managers and decision makers for all aspects of contract performance. These services also include management of personnel matters relating to employees, ensuring that the employee relationship with the organization is followed in accordance with the Management Operating Plan, and ensuring that delivered solutions meet the performance standards.  

Administrative Support services include, but are not limited to:

  • examining, verifying and approving travel authorizations;
  • managing records by establishing, reviewing, maintaining, and archiving office files/records;
  • refining reporting accuracy for official correspondences;
  • enhancing scheduling and coordination of meetings, and
  • synchronizing the processes and requirements for ordering supplies and services.

Management Support services include, but are not limited to:

  • management of labor, material, and other resources;
  • management of personnel matters relating to employees;
  • management of the change in culture that is created when moving toward a more efficient and streamlined organization.
